« Tuer le Peintre » (Kill the Painter), written by Olivier and drawn by Étienne Poisson won the 23rd Bédélys Independent Francophone Award in 2022 ('Best self-published francophone comic book created in Quebec - Festival de la Bande dessinée de Montréal)'.
A new and expanded version has been edited by Moelle Graphik in 2023 and received several positive reviews (here, here, here, and also here and here).
KrRoLe, cofounded by Olivier and two colleagues received the Jacques-Hurtubise prize in 2023 from Festival Québec BD for the project Donkey Shot (French-language comic book work in progress, intended for self-publication).
Cooking
After gaining several ribbons at 2018 Brome's annual agricultural fair and after some pandemic, Olivier got few additional prizes in 2022 (ranked 2nd for blueberry jam and for corn preserves).
He is now targeting the 'best in class' prize in the 2023 canning contest.
